Timeless time

Our main limitation is time-related.

We can always make more of “anything” but we cannot make more time.

Time is the most precious, non-renewal commodity anyone has.

Physicists define time as the progression of events from the past to the present into the future.

There is no way to stop it, manipulate it, or escape from it. The only thing we can do is make the most of it. Early in your life you probably didn’t think about time in the sense you will do later.

So, Gen Z is spending time in everything and anything and that is ok.

Millennials are currently pressured by time.

Most of us understand that we are halfway through, and our productive years do not seem countless anymore. I cannot claim to know what Gen X and baby boomers are experiencing because I don’t. If you are in one of those age groups, I would love to hear your relationship with time in the comments below.

So yes, time is of the essence. We must figure out a way to spend it wisely and enjoy ourselves now. Do not leave stuff for later, especially things you care about.

Most millennials, like me, spend numerous hours perfecting their craft or business, but that is not the most optimized way to handle life. It is about time to learn how to delegate. Create a system for the simplest task in your business and ask someone younger and eager to learn to deal with it. They will make mistakes, and then they will get better. The more optimized a task is, the lower the amount of risk it involves. My advice is to create a detailed guide for every system you create.

Let’s say you do not have time to run your day-to-day social media accounts. What you can do is create creative templates, a post-scheduling system, and a detailed step-by-step guide. Then hire an intern and delegate all social media posting and engagement. You are done with a once-off procedure. Then all you have to do is expect a weekly report and feedback.

Not only you are saving a huge amount of time that costs you a lot, but you are also helping a person explore a potential career.

Isn’t that great?
