Artificial Intelligence in the Real Estate Market?
Last November a company called Open AI introduced to the broad audience a breakthrough tool called Chat GPT.
ChatGPT is an AI-powered language model developed by OpenAI that can understand human language and generate its own text in response to it. It is like a smart robot that can converse with you. ChatGPT was trained on a massive amount of text data from the internet, which enables it to generate human-like text based on context and past conversations. ChatGPT can be used for a variety of purposes, such as generating creative content, answering questions, and even playing games.
ChatGPT can be used in a variety of ways in the real estate industry. ChatGPT can be used to generate property descriptions, create engaging email marketing journeys for real estate leads, plan drip campaigns, draft legal documents, and more. ChatGPT can also provide language suggestions to make descriptions more engaging, and create multiple versions to appeal to different audiences.
We can understand that currently, AI tools can help Real Estate Professionals save time and effort. No harm in that right? But what will happen in the future? Is AI going to take over and replace humans in Real Estate?
The answer is, we do not know! What we do know though is, that AI was created by humans for humans, and it will disrupt all markets in the sense the internet did when it became highly used by the masses. So we expect new jobs to arise and older ones to become obsolete. This is no news in human history of innovation and technology. What we can claim is that innovation and technology have overall improved human life faster than expected.
ChatGPT is still a toddler which means it makes mistakes and needs more time to improve and catch up with the actual needs to be used on a large impactful scale.
The current status is that innovators and early adopters are working on ways to leverage AI on a whole new level. New tools pop up every day and we are closely following everything that is happening and how will it impact our lives in the near and far future…
